On the corner, great overall location, IF you don’t need major exposure. This cut through street does see some activity, but not like the main Matthews crossroads. This is such a cool office condo development. A Nantucket cedar shingle clad vibe here. I love it, but the exposure is minimal. For Northwest Charlotte – Mountain Island Lake Professionals, this would be perfect, for drive by traffic, not so much.	My opinion of this office condo: I love the design and location. A very zen- like craftsman style office condo. If I had an office in this submarket this might very well be it!		Wow. You gotta love the view of Lake Norman from this office condo. Great design and quality of construction and lake front views make this a favorite of mine.

My opinion of this uptown Charlotte area office condo:I love the old architecture! (you gotta see the lobby/interior too! Give me a call 704-277-5333) The location is so close to the city governmental buildings, its perfect for a law firm.	Great modern, urban feel. Street visibility along 7th Street is lacking but overall location office condo is good.

My Opinion of this Charlotte area office condo: Very cool, hip, and trendy. A no brainer if you are on the creative side! The NC Music Factory houses an outdoor concert venue, indoor venue, music recording and practice space as well as clubs like Butter and wet Willies. Office space is open with exposed brick, a very industrial/ 1920’s mill feel. This place rocks.	Off the beaten uptown path, but great location for Panther games, with the Bank Of America Stadium within site. Industrial, modern design.	Charlotte uptown office space right off I-277 loop. If you want to be in uptown Charlotte, and also want super quick access to I-77 and I-485, this is your space.

My view of this uptown charlotte area office condo: If you are in the legal profession or call on Mecklenburg County, these condos are perfect! Huge storage above the ceiling on second floor units!
