The Mallard Professional Centers I, II and III are all located near the Mallard Creek-WT Harris intersection and offer excellent ingress and egress. Located off WT Harris Blvd., these UNCC area office condos are your traditional, basic offices. Prices found here should be reasonable and reflect the current class B office space rates. New construction and great exposure along Mallard Creek Rd. Medical or professional users would be a great fit in this office condo project. The Central Avenue vibe is eclectic, (while not the same as NoDa) it is edgy.  The proximity to uptown Charlotte and east Charlotte is slightly superior. Newer construction NoDa space. Perfect if you want this hip market but want are not interested in a vintage/retro fitted  office condo.
