	Downtown Charlotte Office Condos located near high density urban residential. Newer office condos with an open, welcoming street level feel. Give me a call 704-277-5333) The location is so close to the city governmental buildings, its perfect for a law firm.	Great modern, urban feel. Street visibility along 7th Street  is lacking but overall location office condo is good.

Jeff Taylor’s Opinion of this Charlotte area office condo: Very cool, hip, and trendy. A no brainer if you are on the creative side! The NC Music Factory houses an outdoor concert venue, indoor venue, music recording and practice space as well as clubs like Butter and wet Willies. Office space is open with exposed brick, a very industrial/ 1920’s mill feel. This place rocks.	Off the beaten uptown path, but great location for Panther games, with the Bank Of America Stadium within site. Industrial, modern  design.	Charlotte downtown office space right off I-277 loop. If you want to be in uptown Charlotte, and also want super quick access to I-77 and I-485, this is your space.

Huge storage above the ceiling on second floor units! Excellent place to store legal files.	Charlotte’s first downtown office condo tower. Tryon Plaza has a wonderful history, great charm and an unbeatable location. You gotta check out the vintage paneled boardroom. Tons of space options and floor configurations.
