So first at number three is our East Industrial SubMarket, $101 a square foot is what office condos are selling for in the East Industrial SubMarkets. So you’re like, “All right, well where’s that, Jeff?” Here is Central Business District, Charlotte right here. So just coming out this way, all the way from the state, not state line, county line, down here, this is Mecklenburg County, Union County right here. All the way up to, you get into Cabarrus County right there. So the East Industrial SubMarket, 110 a square foot for warehouse space there. Okay, number two is the Airport Industrial SubMarket, $134 a square foot for warehouse condos in this market. “All right, well where is that, Jeff?” Hey, guess what, Airport Industrial SubMarket is right here, at the airport. I know, right? It’s not complicated, it’s easy. Okay, so that is number two. And then number one, our most expensive and hottest warehouse, condo market, North Industrial SubMarket, $137 a square foot average price per square foot over the past 12 months for warehouse condo sales in that area. Okay, and you can see it is right here, runs along the I-77 up to Lake Norman and the Mecklenburg. What is that, Ardell County line? I think so, anyway, up to the Mecklenburg County line, stops right up here. Okay, And it’s got the lake over here, You’ve got Cornelius warehouse space in here. Huntersville warehouse space in here, Davidson way up there. More office condo space up right around Davidson then warehouse condo space, but there’s a little bit of warehouse up there. If you need it, we can find it for you. Okay. So that is the number one at $137 a square foot. So just to recap, here we go, what are the price per square foot? 137, 134, 116, East, Airport, and North.
